Our tack was not in the greatest shape when we moved back to Ohio from Georgia. The weather was not leather friendly, and I did lots of leather treatments with various products.
Once we got to Ohio, humidity and a rainy season lead to lots of green mold on all of our tack, and just general dull /dry leather also - no matter what we tried.
Heard a little about Blackrock and decided to give it a try…and so GLAD I did!
This cleaned off ALL of the mold and instantly started to reconditioned the leather! It was like putting moisturizer on dry skin and seeing immediate results! The leather took in what it needed, and the thin layer left polished to a smooth - NOT STICKY shine!
I wish I would have thought to take before and after pictures, because our saddles and bridles that are several years old - truly look new again!
I even used it on the rough out on the seats, and it out new life in those as well!
Definitely worked for us, better than oils, soaps, and other leather care products!!!! We are staying with Blackrock for our leather needs!!!!
I swear by this stuff! I have an older sadlle that has been stiff for years and after using this on it for the last 6 months, its noticeably more pliable plus it looks the best it ever has!
