Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that with the weather and political climate, package delivery times may be delayed by the shipping company. Follow supplied tracking numbers to understand estimates on package delivery and any impacts there may be to that delivery.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on total item weight and your delivery address.
In-store pickup
We DO NOT offer in-store pickup.
International Shipping
We DO NOT offer international shipping at this time.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@spottedmtack.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@spottedmtack.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
LOST, STOLEN, OR MISSING PACKAGES
Once an order is marked Delivered by the shipping carrier, Spotted M Tack is no longer responsible for the package.
If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package cannot be located, the customer must contact the shipping carrier directly to request an investigation or file a claim.
Shipping insurance, when included or purchased, must be claimed directly through the shipping carrier by the recipient.
Spotted M Tack is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery, including theft from mailboxes, porches, or shared delivery locations.
We recommend verifying your shipping address at checkout and ensuring a secure delivery location.

Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
