SMT Rewards: How to Earn Points and Redeem Discounts
SMT Rewards turns the shopping you already do into discounts you can use on future purchases.
You earn points whether you shop directly through our website or participate in a Spotted M Tack Live Sale. If you have already purchased from us, you may have points waiting—just make sure you sign in using the same email address connected to your previous orders.
How to Join SMT Rewards
Joining is free:
- Click the SMT Rewards button in the lower-right corner of the website.
- Select Join now to create an account or Sign in if you already have one.
- Use the same email address you use when shopping with Spotted M Tack or receiving Live Sale invoices.
Once you’re signed in, the Rewards panel will display your available points, ways to earn, redemption options, and referral link.
How to Earn Points
There are currently three primary ways to earn SMT Rewards:
Shop with Spotted M Tack
Earn 5 points for every $1 spent on eligible purchases.
Website orders and purchases completed through our Live Sale invoices both contribute to your rewards balance when they are connected to the same customer email address.
Celebrate Your Birthday
Add your birthday to receive 300 points each year.
The program only needs the month and day—not the year.
Refer a Friend
Share your personal referral link with a friend who has not previously purchased from Spotted M Tack.
When your friend completes a qualifying purchase:
- Your friend receives a $5 off coupon
- You receive a $5 off coupon
Your referral link is available inside the SMT Rewards panel after you sign in.
Current Redemption Options
Points can be exchanged for the following discounts:
- 100 points: $5 off
- 250 points: $10 off
- 500 points: $20 off
- 750 points: $30 off
- 1,000 points: $40 off
- 1,500 points: $60 off
- 2,000 points: $75 off
- 2,500 points: $90 off
- 3,000 points: $110 off
- 5,000 points: $175 off
To see your current progress, open the SMT Rewards panel and select Ways to redeem.
How to Redeem Points Online
When you’re ready to use your points:
- Sign in and open the SMT Rewards panel.
- Select Ways to redeem.
- Choose an available reward.
- Select Redeem to exchange your points for a discount code.
- Copy the code or use the available option to apply it to your order.
- Confirm that the discount appears before completing checkout.
Reward codes may not combine with every promotion or discount. Checkout will show whether the selected combination is allowed.
Using Rewards During a Live Sale
Live Sale purchases earn points too, but applying a reward works a little differently because those orders are invoiced after the sale.
If you want to use points on a Live Sale purchase, message us before paying your invoice. We’ll check your balance, confirm the reward available to you, and apply the eligible discount to your invoice.
Once the invoice has been paid, we may not be able to apply the reward retroactively.
What If Your Points Are Missing?
The most common cause is using a different email address.
Make sure you sign in with the same email used for your website orders and Live Sale invoices. If your balance still doesn’t look right, contact us at sales@spottedmtack.com. We’ll help match your purchases to the correct customer account.
