We’re excited to offer the SMT Rewards Program — a simple and fun way to earn discounts just for shopping with us, whether it's through live sales or directly on our website!

We had soft-launched the program a while back, so most live sale customers already have accumulated points – and some have redeemed them! We have formalized the program and rewards for this official launch!

💰 How It Works

• Earn 1 Point for Every $1 Spent
  Whether you're shopping online or participating in live sales, you earn points on every purchase.
• Birthday Bonus: +100 Points
  Add your birthday and receive 100 points every year! 🎂 (We don’t ask for the year or share this info.)
• Referral Bonus: $5 for You, $5 for Them
  Invite friends using your referral link. When they make a purchase, you both get $5 off!

📝 How to Sign Up

If You're Logged Out:

1. Go to www.spottedmtack.com
2. Click the Rewards button at the bottom-right corner of the screen.
3. Click “Join now” if you don’t have a Shop account. Make sure to use the same email you already use with our store.
4. Already have a Shop account? Click Log In and sign in to access your rewards dashboard.

🧾 How to View Your Points and Rewards

Once you're logged in, click the Rewards button to access your dashboard. You’ll be able to:

• See your current points balance
• View redeemed (but unused) rewards
• Explore ways to earn more points
• Access your referral link to share with friends

🎁 Ways to Earn Points

• $1 = 1 Point — Earn points on all website and live sale purchases
• Birthday Bonus — Add your birthday to your account for a yearly reward of 100 points
• Referrals — Share your referral link with friends for bonus rewards

💡 If you've made live sale purchases but haven't logged into the website, your points are still accumulating!
Log in or create a Shop account using the email we invoice you with to access your points.

💳 How to Redeem Your Points

1. While logged in, click the Rewards button
2. Select “Ways to Redeem”
3. You’ll see:
• Discounts you can claim now
• A progress bar for rewards you're still earning toward
4. Click “Redeem” to convert points into a discount code
5. You can:
• Copy the code to use at checkout
• Or click “Apply Code” to add it to your cart

✅ Once redeemed, a reward will be auto-applied at your next eligible checkout if you haven’t used it yet.

🛒 Using Points at Checkout (Website Orders)

1. Add items to your cart
2. Proceed to checkout
3. If you have a reward, it may auto-apply
4. Or, enter the discount code manually and click “Apply”

⚠️ Only one discount code can be used per order.

🛍 Using Points on Live Sales

Yes, your purchases from live sales also earn points!
However, because we manually invoice for live sales, rewards can’t be applied automatically during checkout.

Want to Use Points on a Live Sale Purchase?

• Before paying your invoice, just message us and say you’d like to use your points
• We’ll check your balance and redeem the highest discount you qualify for
• Then we’ll manually apply that discount to your invoice
